What does an application process look like?

Once your loan options have been discussed, we’ll guide you through completions of the application over the phone or in-person.
Next, our team then prepares your application file for underwriting. The file includes an appraisal, title commitment, and other verifications. Here we verify your information to assure accuracy as you move forward in the application.
Once the application is processed, our underwriter will review the loan under the terms for which you applied. At this point, they might ask for additional documentation if needed.
Once the conditions are received and the underwriter approves your loan amount, your loan is sent to final closing.
Your loan specialists will call you prior closing to make sure everything has been properly coordinated between you, your Homeowners Insurance Agent, and Real Estate Agent to ensure your closing day goes smoothly.
